• Do You have pets (who gets them after you pass)
• Do you have small children (who would you want to leave them with if something should happen)
• Do you have a list and contact information of your friends 
• Do you have your banking ,Insurance, your Doctors name your sin number 
• Do you have passwords written down in case they need to have access or to cancel
