Welcome to JustNCase Will Kits

At JustNCase Will Kits, we understand the importance of planning for the future. Our easy-to-use will kits empower you to protect your loved ones and assets with confidence.

 Will Kit

We offer personal life documents, including your will and power of attorney forms, for $50 per kit. Local pickup is available.

It's always a good idea to have your Will and Power of Attorney stamped and notarized. If you decide to have it notarized, do not sign any documents until you meet with the Notary Public. Could you make sure that the Notary Public is licensed? I recently met an excellent Notary Public named Sonya Dhillon. Her link is below; when you contact her, let her know you found her on my JustNCase website:

**The Cost Of Waiting**

What would happen if you had a stroke?

What would happen if you had a heart attack?

What would happen if you couldn't communicate with your doctor to make health decisions?

What would happen if you or your spouse developed dementia?

In such situations, someone will need to act on your behalf, which may include:

- Accessing your bank account to pay your bills

- Making medical decisions for you

- Selling or refinancing your home if necessary

     Don't Waite

Don't wait until you  are on your way to the emergency room

You may not be able to communicate your wishes and provide instructions to the medical staff.

That is why you need a POA- Power of Attorney
